If you are looking for a place to enjoy a quality coffee, a healthy salad, or a tasty treat on campus, look no further than our Cafe. Located on the ground floor of the Mawdsley Building, overlooking Byrne Inn Fields, our Cafe offers a range of barista coffees, speciality teas, freshly squeezed juices, smoothies, superfood drinks, sandwiches, salads, cookies, and cakes.

Our Cafe is not only a great place to satisfy your hunger and thirst, but also a place to support the environment and the community. The cafe is committed to reducing the use of plastics and packaging, and uses innovative plastic-free products and materials. The cafe also sources its ingredients from local and ethical suppliers, and supports fair trade and organic farming practices.

Come and try for yourself

The Cafe is open from Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 5.30pm, during the autumn term. You can also join the Food Club loyalty app and collect points each time you buy food and drink at the cafe, and redeem them for free items or discounts. You can also purchase a reusable university KeepCup or a collapsible water bottle at the cafe, and help reduce single-use plastics on campus.
